Roll Labels
Custom product labels on a roll, wound for hand or machine application, any shape.
Once you're labeling more than a handful of products, a roll beats a sheet: labels peel in sequence, feed a dispenser or applicator, and don't waste the edges of a sheet.
We print roll labels in any shape and stock, wound to the core size and direction your applicator needs.
- Wound on a roll for fast hand or machine application
- Die-cut to any shape, singles or multi-up
- Paper or waterproof BOPP, matte, gloss or clear
- Core size, outer diameter and unwind direction to spec
“Labels that survive a fridge, an ice bath, and a farmers market summer. We tested four suppliers; these were the only ones that did not lift.”
“The bracelet boxes with the foil logo changed how our pieces photograph. Customers post the box as much as the jewelry.”
Rolls vs sheets
Sheet labels are fine for a dozen; past that they slow you down, you peel from a grid, waste the margins, and can't feed a machine. Roll labels come in application order, so they peel one after another by hand or run straight through a dispenser or automatic applicator. For any real production volume, the roll is faster and cheaper per label.
Get the winding right
A roll label spec is more than art and size: the core diameter, the outer diameter, and the unwind direction all have to match your applicator or it jams. Tell us the machine (or that you're applying by hand) and we wind the roll to suit. Choose paper for indoor products and BOPP where the label meets moisture.
