Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when returns and refunds are possible.

Standard (non-custom) items

Unused, unopened standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original condition and packaging.

Custom & personalized items

Because they're printed specifically for you, custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or not as approved on your proof.

Restocking fee

Approved returns of eligible standard items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns receive instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
