Most orders go into production in 5–7 business days after you approve your proof, then ship with 3–7 business day delivery.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Yes, but they are intentionally low. We are built for startups and small businesses, so you can start small and scale up as you grow.
Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. Free custom design help is included — our team helps you get print-ready artwork right the first time.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, PNG and SVG files. If you are unsure, send what you have and our team will guide you.
Can I order samples before a full run?
Yes. Samples let you check materials and print quality before committing to a larger order. Contact us to arrange them.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the United States and internationally. Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy on custom items?
