What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is just 30 units — low enough to test a design or launch a limited run without committing to a warehouse full of stock. There are no setup or plate fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How long does production and delivery take?
Most orders ship within 10 business days of proof approval. You receive a photoreal 3D proof within 24 hours of placing your order, so the clock starts as soon as you click "approve".
Is design help really free?
Yes — our in-house designers will turn your logo, brief, or rough sketch into a print-ready dieline at no charge. We also offer free 3D proofs on every order so you can see exactly what you are getting before we print a single box.
Can I order free samples before committing?
Absolutely. We offer a free sample pack of our most popular finishes — soft-touch matte, high gloss, metallic foil, natural kraft, spot UV, and deboss — so you can feel the quality before you order. Request yours from the Finishes section above.
Which finishes and materials do you offer?
