Orders & quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is received and you have approved your proof.

Artwork & proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork and content you submit, including spelling, images and licensing rights. We produce to the approved proof; we are not liable for errors present in approved files.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is due in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production & delivery

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after proof approval and payment. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Custom products

Because items are printed to your specification, custom products are non-returnable except where defective. See our Refund & Return policy.

Intellectual property

All site content is owned by Print and Package LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the artwork you supply and grant us a license to use it solely to produce your order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
