Matching the box to the candle
A poured candle priced as a gift can't ship in a thin folding carton; the packaging has to read at the same level as the product. A rigid box does that. The insert does the protecting
Glass and heft are a bad combination in a loose box. The fitted insert holds the jar dead center so the lid seats correctly and the glass never knocks the walls in transit. We cut it to your exact vessel, in board for a recyclable build or foam for a heavier three-wick.
A centered jar also lines up the open: lift the lid and the candle is right there, square in its seat.
