The bracelet boxes with the foil logo changed how our pieces photograph. Customers post the box as much as the jewelry.

We wrap 600 bars a month in their kraft sleeves. Recyclable, on-brand, and cheaper than the plain boxes we started with.

Custom tissue paper and branded tape that finish the unboxing

The box does the heavy lifting, but the last impression is made by the small stuff. The customer lifts the lid and there is a layer of printed tissue with your logo repeating across it, sealed with a sticker, the box held shut by tape in your brand color. Those few cents of finishing are what turn a shipment into something that feels considered. People photograph the tissue moment far more than they photograph the box itself.

Custom tissue paper and branded tape are the inside-the-box and seal-the-box layer of your packaging. Tissue wraps and cushions the product while carrying your logo or pattern. Tape seals the carton and turns the seam into another branded surface. Together they cost very little and do a disproportionate amount of the work of making your packaging feel like a brand.

Who uses custom tissue and tape

Apparel and accessories brands wrap garments in printed tissue so the open feels like a gift. Skincare, candle, and jewelry brands use tissue plus a sticker to dress a plain mailer into something premium. Coffee shops, bakeries, and food brands run branded tissue and custom paper cups as everyday touchpoints. Ecommerce sellers of every kind use branded packing tape to seal cartons, because a logo running along the box seam is free advertising on every doorstep and in every delivery van.

If your product ships in a box and you want the inside to feel as deliberate as the outside, tissue and tape are the cheapest way to get there.

Materials and construction

Custom tissue paper comes in standard weight (around 17gsm to 22gsm) acid-free tissue, in white, kraft, or a solid color, printed with your logo or an all-over pattern in one or two colors. Acid-free matters for anything that sits against fabric or product for a while, since it will not yellow or transfer. You can order it as flat sheets sized to your box or on a roll.

Branded tape comes in two main builds:

  • BOPP (poly) tape for everyday sealing, printed in full color, the standard ecommerce seal
  • Water-activated kraft tape for a tamper-evident, recyclable seal that bonds into the corrugate so the box cannot be opened cleanly without showing it

Custom paper cups, for cafes and events, are made from food-safe paperboard with a recyclable or compostable liner, printed in your colors with single or double-wall builds for hot drinks.

Sizes and how to choose

Tissue sheets should be a little larger than the footprint of your box so they wrap up and over the product with room to fold. For a 9×6×3 in mailer, a sheet around 15×20 in wraps comfortably. We help size the sheet to your box. For tape, 2 in or 3 in width is standard; wider tape seals heavier cartons more securely and gives the print more room to read.

Paper cups follow standard sizes (8oz, 12oz, 16oz) so they fit common lids. Pick the size and whether you need single-wall (cold or short hot pours) or double-wall (hot drinks held in the hand).

Printing and finishes

Tissue is typically printed in one or two spot colors with your logo, a repeating pattern, or a short message, because the soft surface reads best with clean line art rather than photographic print. Kraft tissue with a single dark-ink logo is a popular, low-cost, sustainable look.

Tape prints in full color, and a two-color logo on a brand-color background carries best from a distance. Stickers and labels (often ordered alongside) come in matte, gloss, soft-touch, foil, and clear, die-cut to any shape to seal the tissue or close the box.

Minimum order, turnaround, and how ordering works

The minimum is 30 units, so you can add branded finishing to a small order rather than buying a pallet of tissue you will not use for years. That low floor is the point: finishing should scale with your order, not force you to over-commit.

Turnaround is about 10 days from approved artwork. Send your logo or pattern, we proof it, you approve, and we print. Tissue and tape are among the most affordable items we make, with tissue starting near $0.06 per unit, so this is usually the highest-impact spend per dollar in a packaging order.

Sustainability

Tissue is paper, recyclable and often made with recycled content, and acid-free stock is a natural fit for sustainable brands. Water-activated kraft tape is recyclable along with the box, unlike plastic tape that has to be peeled off before recycling. Compostable cup liners are available where curbside composting exists. If a fully recyclable outer is the goal, pair these with corrugated boxes and skip the plastic tape entirely.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get custom tissue paper with my logo on a small order?

Yes, from 30 units. You can wrap even a small batch of orders in printed tissue without committing to thousands of sheets.

Is custom printed tissue paper acid-free?

Our standard tissue is acid-free, so it will not yellow or transfer onto fabric or product over time. That makes it safe for apparel and delicate goods.

Do you make custom paper cups with a logo?

We do, in standard 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz sizes, single or double wall, printed in your brand colors with food-safe, recyclable or compostable liners.

What is the difference between poly tape and water-activated tape?

Poly (BOPP) tape is the everyday plastic seal printed in full color. Water-activated kraft tape bonds into the box, is tamper-evident, and recycles with the corrugate.

Can I order custom packaging tissue paper in kraft?

Yes. Kraft tissue with a one-color logo is one of the most popular and affordable looks, and it suits brands that want a natural, recyclable finish.

Can I order tissue, tape, and stickers together?

Yes, and most brands do. Matching the tissue print, the tape color, and a sealing sticker is what makes the inside of the box feel coordinated rather than thrown together.

Putting the finishing together

The finishing layer works best as a small system rather than separate items. A printed tissue wrap, a sticker that seals it, and brand-color tape on the outside all carrying the same logo turn a plain box into something that looks designed end to end. None of it is expensive, which is what makes it the highest-impact spend per dollar in a packaging order. A customer who lifts the lid, sees the tissue, peels the sticker, and finds the product underneath has had three small branded moments before they have even touched what they bought. That sequence is what people remember and what they film, and it costs a fraction of the box around it.
