Stationery Boxes
Rigid boxes that present a stationery or pen set.
A stationery set sells as a gift, so the box has to present the pieces neatly. A fitted insert holds pens and cards so nothing rattles.
- Insert for pens, cards, notebooks
- Rigid build with magnetic lid
- Foil and ribbon options
- Full-color or wrapped
Foil and a magnetic lid lift it into premium gift territory.
“Our takeout boxes stopped leaking and started advertising. Grease-proof board plus one bold color on kraft — simple and it works.”
“The free dieline saved us. Our first supplier wanted $400 for structural work; here it came with the quote, and the sample folded perfectly first try.”
A set is only as good as its arrangement
A stationery gift is plural: a notebook, two pens, cards, maybe wax seals or clips. Loose in a box, those pieces arrive as a jumble and read as a grab bag. Held each in its own well, the same items read as a curated set. The fitted insert is what performs that upgrade, and it is why stationery boxes are engineered from the contents outward, never the box inward.
We cut the insert to your actual set: pen channels sized to barrel diameter, a notebook well that lets a finger lift the book out, shallow trays for cards and small pieces.
The corporate-gift workhorse
Branded stationery sets are a staple of onboarding kits, conference gifts and client thank-yous, and the box does the heavy lifting. A rigid shell with a magnetic lid, a foil-stamped logo and a satin or flocked insert reads considered rather than promotional. Inside-lid printing, a welcome line, a brand story, costs little and lands at exactly the moment of attention. The same construction details as our magnetic closure boxes apply.
For retail stationery lines at volume, a folding carton with a die-cut board insert delivers the same neatness at a shelf-friendly price.
Practical specs
Common formats fit A5 notebooks plus two pens, with lid depth kept shallow so the set presents close to the opening. Ribbon pulls help lift snug notebooks. Pens deserve one detail: a channel with a slight pinch grips the barrel so nothing rotates in transit, which keeps clips and engraving facing up on open. Pair the box with hang tags or a printed band for retail, and the same box works both channels.
Can you fit sets with odd items?
Yes, send the pieces. Wax seal stamps, washi rolls and ink bottles all cut cleanly into a board or foam insert.
