Shrink Sleeve Labels
Full-wrap shrink sleeves that hug bottles, cans and jars of any shape, 360° print.
A shrink sleeve is a printed film tube that shrinks with heat to hug a container top to bottom, curves, necks and all, giving you a full 360° canvas a flat label can't.
- Prints the entire container, 360°, including compound curves
- PVC, PETG and eco film options
- Optional tamper-evident neck band
- Matte, gloss or metallic finishes
It's the look behind most energy drinks and craft cans: seamless, edge-to-edge print with no visible label seam.
“Labels that survive a fridge, an ice bath, and a farmers market summer. We tested four suppliers; these were the only ones that did not lift.”
“We wrap 600 bars a month in their kraft sleeves. Recyclable, on-brand, and cheaper than the plain boxes we started with.”
Why a sleeve instead of a wrap label
A pressure-sensitive label is flat, so it fights curves and leaves a seam and an unprinted gap. A shrink sleeve is a tube that conforms to the whole container when heated, so the art wraps unbroken over shoulders, necks and tapers. If you want a can or contoured bottle covered top to bottom with no visible edge, the sleeve is the only format that does it.
Film and finish
PVC shrinks tightly and cheaply and suits most shapes; PETG is clearer and more eco-friendly; there are recyclable options where sustainability matters. Add a matte or metallic finish for shelf pop, and a tamper-evident neck band if the product needs a visible seal.
FAQ
Do I need special equipment to apply them?
Sleeves shrink with heat, a heat tunnel for volume, or a heat gun for small runs. We supply them cut and seamed, ready to shrink.
Can it cover the whole can?
Yes, that's the point, full 360° top-to-bottom coverage. For flat containers, see jar labels or custom bottle labels. Get a quote.
