Shipping Garment Bags
Tear-resistant poly mailer bags for shipping clothing, printable and self-seal.
Clothing does not need a box. A poly garment bag ships apparel for a fraction of the weight and cost, and it will not crush the way a carton can.
- Coextruded poly resists tears and punctures in transit
- Peel-and-seal adhesive strip, no tape needed
- Opaque film hides what is inside
- Recycled and recyclable film options
These are coextruded poly mailers: tear-resistant, opaque so the contents stay private, and printable with your brand.
“Mailers arrived in nine days with the inside print exactly as proofed. Our unboxing videos finally look like the brands we admire.”
“Low minimums were the whole reason we tried them. 250 pouches to test a flavor, then 5,000 when it took off — same bag, same print, no drama.”
Why apparel ships in a bag, not a box
A t-shirt in a box is mostly air, and air costs money in dimensional weight. A poly bag conforms to soft goods, weighs almost nothing, and cannot be crushed because there is nothing rigid to crush. For most apparel brands it is the cheapest way to ship that still protects the product.
Self-seal and opaque
The peel-and-stick strip means packing is one motion, no tape gun. Opaque film matters more than people expect: it keeps the contents private on the porch and hides any branding on the garment's own packaging inside.
FAQ
Are they strong enough on their own?
For apparel and other soft goods, yes. For anything with hard edges, use a box or add a stiffener.
Can I get recycled film?
Yes, both recycled-content and recyclable mono-material options. For structured items, see apparel bags for shipping. Get a quote.
