Rigid Boxes Wholesale
Wholesale rigid boxes at volume pricing.
Buying rigid boxes at wholesale brings the per-box cost down without dropping the premium feel. Same wrapped greyboard build, lower unit price at volume.

“The magnetic boxes are the nicest thing about our subscription, and I say that as the person who makes the product. Zero damage across 3,000 shipments.”
“The valve bags keep our roast fresh and the print quality is better than bags we paid twice as much for. Reorders take one email.”
What wholesale changes, and what it does not
Rigid boxes are hand-finished: greyboard cut, cornered, taped and wrapped by people, not fully by machines. That is why the unit cost is high at small runs, and it is also why wholesale volume moves the price so much; setup, die and wrap-paper costs spread across thousands of units instead of dozens. What does not change is the build. A 5,000-unit run gets the same 1200 gsm board and hand-wrapped finish as a 50-unit sample run.
Typical wholesale breaks land at 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 units, with the steepest saving in the first two steps.
The styles that run at volume
Magnetic-closure boxes dominate wholesale orders for retail and e-commerce brands; lid-and-base two-piece boxes run second for gifting programs; drawer (slide) boxes suit jewelry and confectionery lines. All three take fitted inserts, foil stamping and custom-printed wraps at volume pricing, and mixed-style programs can share wrap stock so a brand's whole lineup matches. The construction details live on the rigid box manufacturers page.
Planning a wholesale program
Three things make volume rigid orders go smoothly. First, lock the structural sample before the run; changes after wrap printing are expensive. Second, plan warehousing or ask about collapsible construction, since assembled rigid boxes are mostly air in a container, the collapsible rigid box build cuts that four-fold. Third, hold your dies with us; reorders then skip tooling and land weeks faster.
What lead time should I plan?
Around 14 days production for standard runs from approved artwork, longer for peak season. Q4 gifting programs should have artwork approved by September.
