A luxury mailer has to do two jobs at once. It ships like a corrugated box and opens like a gift box, which means the outside is built for the courier and the inside is built for the photo.

We print full-color on the inside walls, add a tear strip or magnetic flap, and drop in an insert so the contents are framed the second the lid lifts.

  • Sturdy e-flute corrugate that holds its edges in transit
  • Full-color print on the inside as well as the outside
  • Tear strips, tuck flaps or magnetic closures
  • Foam or board inserts to stage the unboxing

The magnetic boxes are the nicest thing about our subscription, and I say that as the person who makes the product. Zero damage across 3,000 shipments.

One box, two jobs

A luxury mailer has to be two things at once. On the outside it's a shipping box that takes a courier's handling without crushing. On the inside it's a gift box that frames the product when the lid lifts. Those goals pull in opposite directions, and the build is how you reconcile them.

The structure is corrugated, usually e-flute, which is thin enough to print sharply and strong enough to hold its edges through the post. Unlike a plain brown mailer, the inside walls print full-color, so the moment of opening is part of the design.

The unboxing

What sells the mailer is the second the customer pulls the tab. We print the inside, add a closure that feels deliberate, and stage the contents with an insert.

  • Tear strips for a clean, satisfying open
  • Magnetic or tuck-flap lids for a reusable feel
  • Foam or board inserts that hold the product like a display
  • Branded tissue paper and a card to fill the space

Where it fits

Subscription brands, premium e-commerce, and anyone whose customers film the opening all lean on this format. It costs more than a stock mailer, but it replaces the box, the void fill, and a chunk of your marketing in one piece.

If you want the look without rigid-box freight, ask about a collapsible rigid box that ships flat. To price your size and quantity, get a quote.
