Dispenser Boxes
Countertop dispenser boxes with a tear opening.
A dispenser box ships product and merchandises it: the perforated front tears away so items pull out one at a time at a counter. It's retail display and packaging in one.
Print it full-color for point-of-sale impact.
- Perforated tear-away front
- Dispenses one at a time
- Countertop display
- Full-color print
“We were burned by a supplier who ghosted after payment. These folks sent photos from the press run without being asked. Trust earned.”
“We sent them a candle jar and a Pinterest board. Two weeks later we had rigid boxes that made a $28 candle feel like a $60 one. Our repeat rate went up and honestly the box is half the reason.”
The box that becomes the fixture
A dispenser box does the whole retail journey in one piece of corrugate: it ships the product, rides the shelf, and then its perforated front panel tears away to become a self-serve display, single units pulling out of the opening one at a time. No fixture budget, no restocking labor beyond dropping a fresh box on the counter. It is how energy bars, sauce sachets, lip balms and phone accessories colonize checkout counters.
Getting the perforation right
The tear-away is the engineering. Perforation that is too tight makes staff hack at the box with keys; too loose and the panel gives way in transit, spilling stock in the carton. We tune the perf pattern to the board weight and test tear it, and the opening geometry matters too: sized so one unit presents at a slight lean, gravity-fed by the units behind it. Angled counter versions tilt the whole box toward the customer.
The print does point-of-sale work: a bold face on the tear-away front, price flashes on the side panels, and brand color that reads at checkout distance. This is retail advertising space your shipping budget already paid for.
Sizing to the program
We build to your unit and count, 12, 24 or 48-count being the common breaks, with the box footprint matched to real counter depths. Distributors take note: the same box works as inner packaging inside a master shipper, covered under corrugated shipping boxes. Peg-hung products run the sibling format, hanging-tab boxes.
What is the minimum run?
From a few hundred units digitally, which suits a regional launch. Send the product and target count and we prototype the dispenser geometry before the run.
