- One-color or full-color print
“Mailers arrived in nine days with the inside print exactly as proofed. Our unboxing videos finally look like the brands we admire.”
“The bracelet boxes with the foil logo changed how our pieces photograph. Customers post the box as much as the jewelry.”
The flute decides everything
Two shipping boxes can look identical and perform nothing alike. What separates them is the flute, the wavy layer inside the board, and the crush rating that comes with it. Spec it right and the box arrives square after a 2,000-mile haul; spec it wrong and the product shows up loose in a dented carton.
We match the board to the weight you actually ship: E and B-flute for light retail, C-flute for general shipping, double-wall for heavy or stacked freight.
Right-size to cut the bill
Carriers charge by dimensional weight, so an oversized box costs you on every order. A box cut to your product, with a half-inch of clearance for fill, ships cheaper and protects better than forcing the item into a stock size. For a fully made-to-measure carton, see our custom L x W x H boxes.
FAQ
What flute do I need?
It tracks the weight and fragility. Send us what you ship and we recommend the flute and wall count, so you're not over-paying for board or risking one that gives out.
Can I print my logo on it?
Yes, one-color on kraft for economy or full-color litho for impact, inside and out.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Per-unit price drops at volume. For a recycled version at the same strength, see eco shipping boxes. Get a quote.
