Custom Bakery Boxes
Food-safe bakery boxes for cakes, pastries and donuts, windowed and printed.
A bakery box does two jobs: it protects a fragile bake, and it presents it. Get both right and the box sells the next order before the first is even eaten.
We print them food-safe, with window and grease-proof options, and lock corners that pop into shape without tape.
- Food-safe board and inks, grease-proof coating optional
- Die-cut window shows the pastry or cake
- Lock-corner design assembles fast at the counter
- Sized for pastries, half-dozens, cakes and sheets
“Our cakes travel 40 minutes across town and arrive looking like they left the counter. The window boxes sell them before anyone opens the lid.”
“The valve bags keep our roast fresh and the print quality is better than bags we paid twice as much for. Reorders take one email.”
Protect first, present second
A pastry that arrives crushed is a refund; everything else the box does is secondary to preventing that. Lock-corner construction keeps walls square when the box is carried one-handed and wobbling, the right height stops a domed cake or piped rosette from meeting the lid, and a base that resists grease keeps the box rigid to the door. Once protection is solved, the window and the print get to do the selling.
One bakery, four structures
Most counters resolve to four builds: a windowed pastry box for the everyday case, a donut box in the flat wide format the dozen demands, cake boxes with height variants, tall and tiered work stepping up to large cake boxes, and single-serve formats, sleeves, cupcake and slice boxes, for grab-and-go. All food-safe board, white or kraft, grease-resistant where butter meets board, fog-resistant window film for the chiller.
We rationalize lineups constantly: bakeries accumulating a box per emergency usually get back a third of their dry storage when the lineup is redesigned around shared sizes.
Brand at bakery economics
Chains print full-color; independents get ninety percent of the effect from kraft or white stock plus a strong sticker seal and a stamped logo, swappable seasonally without reprinting box inventory. Boxes ship flat, fold fast at the counter, and standard sizes cover most cases with custom dies where a signature product earns one.
What sizes should a new bakery start with?
A 4-pastry window box, a dozen-donut flat, one 10-inch cake box with a tall variant, and a slice box cover opening day. Add SKUs when a product outsells its box, not before.
