Wig Boxes
Sturdy wrapped boxes built to present and protect bundles and full wigs.
A wig box carries something expensive, so it has to feel that way and protect it. We build wig and bundle boxes that hold their shape, with a window or handle if you want the unit visible and easy to carry.
- Rigid or thick folding board that holds its shape
- Window, handle and ribbon-closure options
- Satin or paper lining to cradle the hair
- Foil and emboss for the logo and unit details
Add a satin lining or a foil logo and the same box that ships the order also doubles as retail packaging and storage.
“We were burned by a supplier who ghosted after payment. These folks sent photos from the press run without being asked. Trust earned.”
“We sent them a candle jar and a Pinterest board. Two weeks later we had rigid boxes that made a $28 candle feel like a $60 one. Our repeat rate went up and honestly the box is half the reason.”
Packaging that protects something expensive
A wig or a bundle of extensions can carry a serious price tag, and the box has to live up to that twice over: it has to feel worth the money and it has to keep the hair clean and in shape through shipping. A flimsy box undercuts the product before the customer even opens it.
We build wig boxes on rigid or heavy folding board so they hold their form, with a lining that keeps the hair from snagging or flattening.
Features worth choosing
- A window so the unit and the color are visible without opening
- A handle for boxes meant to carry like a retail bag
- A ribbon or magnetic closure for a gift-style open
- Satin or printed paper lining to cradle the hair
The window and handle turn the shipper into retail packaging and storage, so the same box keeps working after the sale.
Branding the box
Foil and emboss carry a logo well on a wrapped rigid box, the same construction as our luxury rigid boxes. You can print length, texture, and color details on the side so a customer with several units can tell them apart on a shelf.
Size is driven by how the hair is stored: laid flat, rolled, or on a mannequin form. Tell us how you pack it and we'll build the box around that. To price a run, get a quote.
