Kraft board is inexpensive to begin with, and at wholesale counts the setup cost spreads to almost nothing, so the per-box price drops into pennies. That makes it the default for anyone shipping or reselling in quantity: subscription boxes, makers, retailers who repackage. Order the year's volume in one run and the savings are real.
Plain or branded
Buying plain kraft to resell or fill is the cheapest route. Adding a one- or two-color logo costs a little and turns every box into brand exposure. Full CMYK is available too, but on kraft a simple ink logo often looks best and keeps the wholesale price.
