Shirt Boxes
Flat two-piece shirt gift boxes with lids, sized for folded apparel.
A folded shirt wants a flat, shallow box that holds it without crushing the fold, and a lid that lifts to reveal it. That is the shirt box, unchanged for a century because it works.
We build them two-piece with a lift-off lid, in rigid or folding board, sized from a slim dress shirt to a robe.
- Two-piece lid-and-base box, no flaps
- Shallow flat proportions sized for folded apparel
- Tissue and ribbon options for gifting
- Rigid keepsake or economical folding builds
“Mailers arrived in nine days with the inside print exactly as proofed. Our unboxing videos finally look like the brands we admire.”
“Child-resistant, compliant in two states, and it still looks premium in the case. Their prepress team caught a labeling issue our lawyer missed.”
Shallow and flat for a reason
A shirt is folded flat, so the box is flat: just deep enough for the fold plus tissue, no more. Too deep and the shirt slides around; too shallow and the lid crushes the fold. The sizes here are set to standard fold dimensions so the shirt sits still and looks pressed.
Rigid or folding
A folding shirt box is cheap and ships flat, right for volume retail. A rigid box is heavier, keeps its shape as a keepsake, and signals a premium gift. Same shape, different price and feel, choose by whether the box is disposable packaging or part of the present.
FAQ
Will it fit a bulky sweater?
Use the deep or robe size for thicker knits. For thin shirts the standard depth is plenty.
Can I print the inside?
Yes, and it is worth it since the lid lifts fully off. For other garments, see apparel gift boxes. Get a quote.
