Paper Coasters
Absorbent printed pulpboard coasters for bars, cafes and events.
A printed coaster sits under a drink for the length of a conversation, which is a long time for a brand to be in someone's hands. Bars and events use them because they work.
We print them on thick absorbent pulpboard, so they soak up the ring and hold a full-color image on both faces.
- Absorbent pulpboard from 40pt up to 90pt
- Full-color print on both sides
- Round, square or die-cut to any shape
- Per-unit cost drops sharply in bulk
“The valve bags keep our roast fresh and the print quality is better than bags we paid twice as much for. Reorders take one email.”
“Low minimums were the whole reason we tried them. 250 pouches to test a flavor, then 5,000 when it took off — same bag, same print, no drama.”
Thickness is the whole point
A coaster's job is to soak up condensation, and that comes down to the board. Thin 40pt stock is fine for a light promo giveaway; thick 90pt pulpboard drinks up a sweating pint and feels substantial on the table. For a bar, go thick; for a mass event handout, thinner keeps the cost down.
Two sides, twice the message
Because a coaster gets flipped and fiddled with, both faces get seen. Put the logo on one and a menu, a promo, a QR code or a game on the other. It costs almost nothing extra and doubles what the coaster does.
FAQ
How absorbent are they really?
Pulpboard wicks moisture well; thicker stock holds more before it saturates. They are single-use to lightly reusable.
Can I get an odd shape?
Yes, die-cut to your outline, a bottle, a logo, anything. For table branding, see paper tags. Get a quote.
