EVA Foam Inserts
Die-cut EVA foam that holds a product still and looks the part on opening.
EVA foam is the dense, closed-cell foam you feel in a watch case or a tool kit. Cut a cavity into it and the product drops in, sits flush, and does not move.
Send us the product or its dimensions. We cut the cavity to match, in the foam color you want, so the insert protects the item and frames it at the same time.
- Dense closed-cell EVA, cut to your product’s shape
- Single or multi-cavity layouts for kits
- Black, white or colored foam
- Sized for rigid boxes, mailers and hard cases
“We were burned by a supplier who ghosted after payment. These folks sent photos from the press run without being asked. Trust earned.”
“We sent them a candle jar and a Pinterest board. Two weeks later we had rigid boxes that made a $28 candle feel like a $60 one. Our repeat rate went up and honestly the box is half the reason.”
What EVA foam is
EVA is a dense, closed-cell foam, the firm, slightly rubbery material you feel in a watch case, a tool kit, or a high-end electronics box. Closed-cell means it doesn't absorb moisture and it springs back, so a cavity cut into it grips the product and keeps its shape over time.
It's a step up from open-cell or polyethylene foam in both feel and presentation. It looks finished, not like packing material.
How the cavity works
We cut a pocket into the foam shaped to your product. The item drops in, sits flush with the surface, and doesn't move. For a kit, we lay out multiple cavities so each piece has its own seat, which is what makes a set look considered when the box opens.
Send the physical product or accurate dimensions. Tighter cavities hold better but need precise measurements, so a sample makes a real difference here.
Where it fits
EVA inserts go inside rigid boxes, mailers, and hard carry cases. They suit anything fragile, premium, or sold as a set: electronics, instruments, glassware, branded gift kits.
Color is part of the look. Black is the default and reads premium; white and custom colors are available to match the box. Foam thickness depends on the product weight and the box depth.
Pair the insert with the right outer box and the two get proofed together. To price an insert and box, get a quote.
