Customized Lip Gloss Tubes
Lip gloss tubes with applicators, printed or labeled.
A gloss tube is the product and the package at once, so the print has to survive oils and handling. We label or print the tube directly, with a doe-foot wand.
Clear tubes show the shade; colored tubes match the brand.

“We were burned by a supplier who ghosted after payment. These folks sent photos from the press run without being asked. Trust earned.”
“The bracelet boxes with the foil logo changed how our pieces photograph. Customers post the box as much as the jewelry.”
Package and product, fused
A gloss tube has no outer box moment: the tube is the product, the shelf presence and the ad, all at once, living in a makeup bag and coming out in public a dozen times a day. That is unusually hard duty for print. The decoration has to survive gloss formula oils, hand contact, keys and coins, and it has to still look sharp in month six, because a worn tube reads as a worn brand.
Decoration that survives the bag
Direct silk-screen printing bonds ink to the tube and outlasts everything else for logos and type. Wrap labels open up full-color photographic artwork and iridescent or metallic films, and modern label stocks with oil-resistant adhesive have closed most of the durability gap; we spec those by default because standard labels lift at the seam within weeks on a gloss product. Foil accents and metallic caps finish the premium tiers.
Clear tubes sell the shade itself, the right call when the formula's color is the point. Opaque tubes in brand colors keep the lineup uniform across shades and hide fill lines.
Components and compliance
Tubes come with doe-foot applicator wands as standard, brush and paddle tips on request, in common fill sizes from 5 to 15 ml. All components are cosmetic-grade; ingredient labeling, batch codes and net-content marks are templated into the artwork so nothing regulatory gets squeezed in later. For gifting and retail sets, tubes pair with pink perfume-style cartons or fitted display boxes that stage a full shade range.
What is the minimum order?
Labeled tubes start around 250 units, which suits indie launches; direct screen printing starts higher. Most new brands launch with labels and move to screen print as reorders stabilize.
