Custom Cone Sleeves
Printed sleeves for ice cream and snack cones.
A cone sleeve keeps hands clean and carries the brand on the most-held part of the product. Food-safe paper catches drips and grips the cone.
Print it full-color for a parlor or stand.

“The magnetic boxes are the nicest thing about our subscription, and I say that as the person who makes the product. Zero damage across 3,000 shipments.”
“Mailers arrived in nine days with the inside print exactly as proofed. Our unboxing videos finally look like the brands we admire.”
Print exactly where the hand goes
An ice cream cone is held for its entire consumption, five to ten minutes of a logo sitting between a customer's fingers, at the eye level of everyone they talk to. The sleeve is a small piece of print in the single most-seen position in food service. That is the marketing case. The practical case is drips: the sleeve catches the melt line and keeps hands clean enough that parents order a second round.
Fit, paper and food safety
A sleeve only works if it grips. We cut the taper to your cone's angle, waffle, sugar and cake cones differ, so the sleeve seats snugly and does not slide down under a melting scoop. The stock is food-safe greaseproof paper that keeps butterfat and syrup off skin, with a slightly textured face for grip. The same geometry serves churros, crepe cones, fries in paper cones and bouquet-style snack wraps.
Jacket-style sleeves (flat-folded pockets) suit pre-packed novelties; wrap sleeves serve scooped-to-order counters.
Small print, high frequency
Parlor branding, flavor-of-the-month promotions, event tie-ins and wedding dates all run economically because sleeves are cheap and the print area is small: one or two colors on kraft or white do the job, full color for chains and collabs. QR codes earn their space here, a customer holding your sleeve for eight minutes is the rare audience that actually scans.
What sizes do I order?
Match the sleeve to your cone SKU list, most parlors run one or two tapers. Send sample cones and we template the fit before printing; minimums start at a few hundred per design.
