Cookie Sleeves
Clear sleeves that hold and show a stack of cookies.
A cookie sleeve keeps a stack neat and visible, which sells the product and protects it at once. A printed header card at the top carries the brand.

It's a cheaper, lighter alternative to a box for round cookies.
“Our cakes travel 40 minutes across town and arrive looking like they left the counter. The window boxes sell them before anyone opens the lid.”
“Labels that survive a fridge, an ice bath, and a farmers market summer. We tested four suppliers; these were the only ones that did not lift.”
The lightest way to sell a stack
For round cookies, a clear sleeve does what a box does at a fraction of the weight and cost: it aligns the stack, protects it from handling, and, unlike a box, shows every cookie in the row. The product is the packaging's artwork. A printed header card folds over the top, carries the brand and ingredients, and closes the sleeve with two staples or a heat seal.
Bakeries use them for grab-and-go counters; DTC cookie brands use them because a sleeve mails in a padded envelope where a box demands a parcel.
Seal, clip or tie
Heat-sealing both ends makes the sleeve tamper-evident and extends shelf life, the retail route. A wooden clip or ribbon tie over a folded end reads handmade and suits farmers markets and gifting, opened and reclosed without tools. The header card works with either. Film is food-safe and available in standard and compostable grades; the compostable film is slightly hazier, which matters only if crystal clarity is the point.
Sizing is simple: cookie diameter plus a few millimeters, and length to your count. Standard tooling covers most cookie sizes without custom charges.
Where sleeves stop
Soft-frosted and decorated cookies should not touch film; they belong in a windowed cookie box with a platform insert. Assortments and gift sets step up into boxes too. But for sturdy rounds, shortbread, chocolate chip, biscotti at an angle, the sleeve-plus-header format is the category's best cost-to-presentation ratio, and pairs well with a sticker seal carrying flavor and date.
What is the minimum for printed headers?
Headers print digitally from 100 units, and one sleeve size can carry many flavors by swapping headers, which keeps a small bakery's inventory simple.
