A box built around heat and grease
A burger box has two enemies: steam and oil. Trap the steam and the bun turns to mush before the customer gets home; let the grease soak through and the box goes limp at the bottom. The fix is grease-resistant board and a vented lid, and we build both into every burger box.
The clamshell is the standard because it opens flat and closes one-handed at a busy pass. For a stacked double or a meal-deal, a two-piece tuck box gives more height.
Print where it counts
The lid is what a customer sees on the tray and in the photo they post. We print it full-color, so a logo or a "thank you" rides along with every order. Kraft board reads handmade; white board pops brighter color.
