Burger Boxes
Clamshell burger boxes that hold heat and stay grease-tight on the drive.
A burger box has one job that matters: get the burger to the table hot without the bun going soft. Grease-resistant board and a vented lid do that.
We print the clamshell full-color so the box carries your brand from the kitchen to the customer's hands.
- Grease-resistant board that won't go translucent
- Vented lid so steam escapes and the bun stays firm
- Clamshell or two-piece tuck builds
- Full-color print, kraft or white stock
“Our takeout boxes stopped leaking and started advertising. Grease-proof board plus one bold color on kraft — simple and it works.”
“The free dieline saved us. Our first supplier wanted $400 for structural work; here it came with the quote, and the sample folded perfectly first try.”
A box built around heat and grease
A burger box has two enemies: steam and oil. Trap the steam and the bun turns to mush before the customer gets home; let the grease soak through and the box goes limp at the bottom. The fix is grease-resistant board and a vented lid, and we build both into every burger box.
The clamshell is the standard because it opens flat and closes one-handed at a busy pass. For a stacked double or a meal-deal, a two-piece tuck box gives more height.
Print where it counts
The lid is what a customer sees on the tray and in the photo they post. We print it full-color, so a logo or a "thank you" rides along with every order. Kraft board reads handmade; white board pops brighter color.
FAQ
Are these grease-proof?
The board is grease-resistant so the bottom won't go translucent or weak under a juicy burger, and the inks and coatings are food-safe.
Do they keep the burger warm?
The vented lid lets steam escape so the bun stays firm while the box still holds heat for the trip. It's the balance most takeout boxes miss.
What's the minimum order?
Low by industry standards, so a single location can run a branded batch. Pair them with paper cups and bowls for sides. Get a quote.
