Blister Card Packaging
Blister cards that show the product and hang on a peg.
A blister card shows the product through clear plastic while the printed card does the selling. It hangs on a peg and resists tampering.
- Face-seal or full-trap blister options
- Printed backing card with a hang hole
- Clear PET or PVC blister to fit the product
- Tamper-resistant retail seal
We print the backing card full-color and seal the blister to fit your item.
“Mailers arrived in nine days with the inside print exactly as proofed. Our unboxing videos finally look like the brands we admire.”
“Child-resistant, compliant in two states, and it still looks premium in the case. Their prepress team caught a labeling issue our lawyer missed.”
Show the product, sell from the card
Blister card packaging does two jobs at once: the clear blister shows the product, and the printed card behind it does the selling and hangs on a peg. It's the format you see on hardware, electronics accessories, and toys, because a shopper can see exactly what they're buying and it resists tampering on the shelf.
There are two builds. A face-seal blister bonds to the front of the card; a full-trap blister sandwiches between two cards for a stronger hold.
Built for retail display
The card prints full-color with a die-cut hang hole for peg or J-hook display. We size the blister to your item so it sits without rattling, and seal it so it can't be opened and resealed unnoticed.
FAQ
Face-seal or full-trap?
Face-seal is cheaper and fine for light items; full-trap holds heavier products and resists tampering better. We'll recommend based on weight.
Is it recyclable?
The card is; the plastic blister depends on local rules. A blister box with a formed window is a more board-forward alternative.
What's the minimum?
Low enough to test a retail launch before scaling. Get a quote with your product dimensions.
