Bicycle Shipping Boxes
Tall double-wall corrugated boxes sized to ship a boxed bike safely.
A bike is awkward to ship: long, heavy at the hubs, and easy to bend at the derailleur. A box built for the job holds it square where a repurposed carton folds.
These are double-wall boxes cut to bike proportions, with room for a lightly stripped frame, wheels and a few parts.
- 275# double-wall corrugate for a heavy, long load
- Sized for road, hybrid, mountain and e-bike frames
- Fork spacer and axle-block inserts protect drop-outs
- Ships flat and folds up when you need it
“Mailers arrived in nine days with the inside print exactly as proofed. Our unboxing videos finally look like the brands we admire.”
“Labels that survive a fridge, an ice bath, and a farmers market summer. We tested four suppliers; these were the only ones that did not lift.”
Why a bike needs its own box
A bicycle concentrates weight at the wheels and hubs, and its most fragile parts, the derailleur and drop-outs, stick out. A generic long box flexes in the middle and lets those points take the hit. A double-wall bike box resists that bend and gives you space to block the fork and axles so nothing shifts.
Pack it part-stripped
The standard approach: drop the seat, turn the bars, pull the pedals and front wheel, and slot a spacer into the fork. That flattens the profile enough to fit and keeps the drop-outs from being crushed. We include the fork and axle blocks so you are not cutting foam by hand.
FAQ
Does an e-bike fit?
Use the e-bike size. It is taller and wider for the battery and heavier frame. Ship the battery separately where regulations require it.
Can I order just a few?
Yes, though per-box cost drops in bulk for shops and manufacturers. For smaller parts, see small cardboard boxes. Get a quote.
