Sealed Mylar Bags
Pre-sealable mylar bags for an airtight close.
A mylar bag is only airtight if the seal holds. We build a wide, clean seal area so a home or line sealer bonds it without weak spots.
Add a zip under the seal for resealing after opening.
- Wide, clean heat-seal area
- High-barrier foil film
- Zip-plus-seal option
- Food, coffee and storage grades
“Low minimums were the whole reason we tried them. 250 pouches to test a flavor, then 5,000 when it took off — same bag, same print, no drama.”
“Labels that survive a fridge, an ice bath, and a farmers market summer. We tested four suppliers; these were the only ones that did not lift.”
A seal that actually holds
A mylar bag is only airtight if the seal holds, so we build a wide, clean seal area that bonds reliably with a home or line sealer, with no weak spots. Add a zip under the seal and the bag reseals after opening.
The film is high-barrier foil, for food, coffee, and long-term storage.
Why the seal area matters
Most failed mylar isn't the film, it's a weak or contaminated seal. A wider seal zone and clean inner surface make the bond hold, which is the difference between fresh and stale.
