Two layers, one set
Some products need a barrier and a structure, and one piece can't be both. A mylar pouch is the barrier: a multi-layer film that blocks oxygen, light, and moisture to keep contents fresh. A folding carton is the structure: it stacks on a shelf, protects the pouch, and carries the branding. Sold together, they cover what each can't do alone.
The trick is making them look like one product instead of a bag from one supplier dropped into a box from another.
Printed as a matched set
We print the pouch and the carton to the same artwork, the same color targets, and the same finish direction. The pouch can sit inside the box, sealed and ready, or sell alongside it as a refill while the box stays on the shelf.
That second model works well for coffee, tea, protein, and pet food, where the customer keeps the box and reorders the pouch.
