Custom Door Hangers
Die-cut door hangers on 14pt card, the one flyer that has to be handled to open the door.
Flyers can't legally go in a mailbox, but a door hanger owns the doorknob. It hangs at eye level and has to be handled to open the door, which is more attention than any mail piece gets.
We die-cut the knob hole with a slit so it slips on and stays on, printed on card stiff enough to survive a route.
- 14pt card that doesn't fold in a breeze or a carrier bag
- Die-cut hole and slit sized to slip around the knob neck
- Slim 3.5×8.5, standard 4.25×11 or jumbo 4.25×14
- Optional perforated tear-off coupon or business card
“We wrap 600 bars a month in their kraft sleeves. Recyclable, on-brand, and cheaper than the plain boxes we started with.”
“Labels that survive a fridge, an ice bath, and a farmers market summer. We tested four suppliers; these were the only ones that did not lift.”
The flyer that can't be ignored
US law reserves the mailbox for stamped mail, so a flyer can't legally go in one. The doorknob has no such rule. A door hanger sits at eye level, blocks the door until it's handled, and reaches every house on a street for the cost of printing and a walk. Lawn care, roofing, restaurants and realtors run on them.
Built to survive the walk
We print door hangers on 14pt card, thick enough that a breeze doesn't fold them and a stack stays neat in a carrier bag. The doorknob hole is die-cut with a slit, so it slips around the knob's neck and stays put. UV gloss makes the color pop; matte reads more premium for realty and restaurants.
